By using Pixyn you agree to these terms.

Using the app

Pixyn generates images and video from your prompts, and edits or restyles photos you provide. You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload, and you are responsible for having permission to use them — including any picture showing another person. Creations are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate or resemble existing works; check before you publish or rely on one.

Subscriptions

Pixyn runs on credits: one credit for a standard image, three for a Pro image, and two per second of video. Where paid plans are offered they are billed through the app store you purchased from, renew automatically unless cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or attempt to disrupt it. Do not use it to create sexual content involving minors, to impersonate a real person, to produce material that harasses, defames, or deceives others, or to generate anything unlawful. Do not upload photos you have no right to use. We may suspend accounts used this way.

Disclaimer

Pixyn is provided "as is". Generation depends on third-party AI services and on your connection; results vary, and a request can fail or return something you did not expect. Credits spent on a completed generation are not refundable because the result was not to your taste.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixyn is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
